Criteria: Scholarships are open to all students in the 2023 graduating class of an accredited public or private high school who were active members of the Wolverine Youth Football Organization, participated in the program for a minimum of one full season and are currently in good standing with the organization.
The Derry Wolverine Dream Foundation is pleased to announce that in 2023 it will award $25,000 in academic scholarships to the most deserving students based on academic studies, leadership, community service and participation in the Wolverines Youth Football and Cheer organization.
The Robert P. Kennedy Memorial Scholarship is an academic and achievement-based non- renewable scholarship awarded to graduating high school seniors. Students are recognized for their capacity to lead and serve, as well as their commitment to making a significant impact on their schools and communities. The 2023 application deadline is March 10, 2023.
Complete applications and any supplemental materials are due to the scholarship committee on or before March 10th, 2023. Incomplete, inaccurate or late applications will not be considered for scholarship award. Thoughtful responses to all questions and writing prompts provide the Scholarship Committee with information about you, your experience, and the qualities you possess that make you a candidate for the scholarship.
The Directors of the Derry Wolverine Dream Foundation will award this scholarship based on participation in your football and/or cheerleading activities of Wolverine Youth Football, scholastic accomplishments, community service, service to the Wolverine Football Program and need, as determined by the Derry Wolverine Dream Foundation. All applications are the property of the Derry Wolverine Dream Foundation.
I have read the scholarship application and I understand the policy and requirements of applying, receiving and retaining the scholarship. I understand that my eligibility to receive the scholarship is at the discretion of the DWDF Selection Committee.
