Funding Guidelines

& Eligibility Requirements

  • Maximum grant request is $10,000. Applicants are not guaranteed to receive the full amount applied for.

  • Organizations must be tax-exempt under IRS Section 501(c)* (unless proof of exemption is provided) and in good standing with the NH Secretary of State and NH Charitable Trust Unit.

  • Organizations must be located and registered in Rockingham or Hillsborough County, New Hampshire. No foreign entities will be considered.

  • Organizations may not have received more than $30,000 in total funding from the Derry Wolverine Dream Foundation in the past 36 months.

  • Derry Wolverine Dream Foundation does not fund startup organizations. Applicants must demonstrate an operational history and provide up-to-date financial documentation (prior year income statement, current budget, IRS tax return).

  • Only online applications with all required documents will be reviewed. Incomplete submissions will result in denial.

​Terms and Conditions

If you are awarded a grant, you agree to:

*All funds awarded must be appropriated as requested. Any unused funds not appropriated for the purpose and in the time frame indicated in your application must be returned to the Derry Wolverine Dream Foundation.

*Proof of expenditures must be supplied upon completion of project or upon request. If such proof is not supplied the organization may not be considered for future grants.

*Share grant recipient graphics on social media and/or banner ad on the organizations website (Derry Wolverine Dream Foundation to provide).

*Share photographs of members that benefited as a result of grant with Derry Wolverine Dream Foundation upon request.

*Provide testimonial to Derry Wolverine Dream Foundation upon request.

*Agree to be interviewed by media (pending media responses).

*Receive communications from Derry Wolverine Dream Foundation and grant partners.

Community Grant Application

Application deadline is February 2, 2025

If you answered NO to the question above, is your organization part of a municipality? (ie. part of city, state, town or country government. Examples are: Public school system, city recreation departments, county council on gaining, mental health, etc.)

If your Tax Exempt Application is pending (If approved, grant cannot be paid until permanent ruling is received.) 

Has this Organization received a grant from DW Dream Foundation in the past?

Community Grant Application

Service as Section 501(c). The DWDF Board of Directors review grant applications annually.  Applications MUST be submitted by 5:00 pm on the day of the deadline or they will not be considered.

 
2026 Enrollment Periods: April 1, 2026- April 30, 2026

Grant applications may be submitted for up to $10,000 in maximum funding, although the full amount is not guaranteed.  Your organization will be notified of the committee's decision via standard mail. Only online applications will be accepted for review. Complete the application and provide the required documents. Missing information will result in your application being denied.
